Job summary

CIEL Boulder LLC is seeking a Server to work in our dining room in Boulder, CO, taking resident orders and handling front-of-house setup for meals, with closing duties at shift end. You will greet residents and guests, know the menu, suggest items, ensure tables are satisfied, and assist kitchen staff when needed.

Training is provided through the Learning Management System. The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, maintains a positive attitude, can work alone or with others,

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well with cooks and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Ability to deliver orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests accurately.
• Write resident or guest food orders on slips.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner and know the menu to suggest items.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and complete end-of-shift duties in dining and kitchen.
