Dial Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Server to support meal service and resident care in the dining area. You will assist with serving meals, taking orders, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

The role requires interaction with residents, attention to preferences, and reliable teamwork. Benefits include PTO, tuition assistance, holiday pay, and health insurance options. The position is on-site in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or older
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language
• Promote teamwork in providing services to residents
• Patience and a customer-focused attitude
• Operation of basic kitchen appliances or willingness to learn
• Standing/walking 3–3.75 hours per shift without sitting

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist residents throughout all aspects of the dining experience
• Take all orders and close out orders within the Dial designated point of sale system
• Provide customer service to residents to allow high level of resident satisfaction while serving meals
• Set tables for upcoming meals and reset for the following meal
• Inform residents what foods are available on the day's menu
• Address residents by name and their food/beverage likes and dislikes
• Prepare beverages before meals and serve beverage of choice to each resident
• Keep water glasses and coffee cups and/or carafes filled
• Clear tables, and bus tables after the meal
• Vacuum dining room after each meal
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Report injuries to supervisor
• Other duties as assigned
