Job summary

Galerie-Living-1 seeks a friendly Server to deliver dining and table services in the community's main dining rooms and secondary restaurants. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring excellent resident experiences.

You will greet residents, maintain table settings, and uphold hygiene standards while collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Ability to relate to residents in a courteous and diplomatic manner.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and drink orders from residents and guests.
• Promote resident satisfaction with excellent service.
• Arrange table settings and maintain clean and tidy tables.
• Greet tables within 3 minutes of seating, by name if possible.
• Check frequently with tables to ensure excellence in food and service.
• Remove soiled dishes and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Follow food handling, labeling and glove usage guidelines and hand washing procedures.
• Work as a team and assist co-workers as needed.
