Job summary

Transforming Age, Eastmont in Lincoln, NE, seeks a part-time Server. The role pays $15.50 per hour and shifts run from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The job supports residents with meal selections, serves food, and maintains dining areas in a caring, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least 19 years of age.
• Previous server experience highly preferred.
• 6 months or more in long term care, home care or related field preferred.
• POS software experience.
• Must possess effective English verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meal selection, including menu ordering and buffet stations.
• Present menu to residents and answer questions; make suggestions.
• Record orders and relay to kitchen production area.
• Deliver food to residents efficiently and accurately.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables for next service.
• Observe residents to ensure safety in dining areas.
• May assist with kitchen duties (salad bar, soups, desserts, coffee, etc.).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
