Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests, assist with tray service, and maintain dining room cleanliness in a Cincinnati-area facility. The role requires attentive, respectful interaction with residents and teamwork with staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must possess the ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods of up to three hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents when placing orders from the menu.
• Provides beverage service, including water, iced tea, juices, milk, and coffee/tea.
• Maintains dining room and kitchen cleaning, including sweeping and mopping.
• Follows sit-down service and proper serving techniques.
• Attends all required in-services and staff meetings.
• Assists with tray service as directed.
• Remains attentive to residents' needs, including mobility and memory impairments.
