Job summary

Galerie Management in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a Server to provide dining and table service in community dining rooms and secondary restaurants. You will take and serve orders, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain table settings, and coordinate with the Food and Beverage Manager to meet daily menus.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring excellent customer service and flexibility. High School Diploma or GED is required; one year of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and drink orders from residents and their guests.
• Provide excellent customer service that promotes resident satisfaction.
• Arrange table settings and maintain clean and tidy tables.
• Acknowledge table with appropriate greeting, by name if a resident, within 3 minutes of seating.
• Check frequently with the table to ensure excellence in food and service.
• Properly remove soiled dishes.
• Ensure compliance procedures are in place, especially hand washing, glove usage, labeling, and rotation.
• Complete daily prep work according to the daily menu and/or as requested by the Food and Beverage Manager.
• Ensure proper storage and food handling adheres to all regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain clean and sanitized working areas.
• Function as a team and assist co-workers as the need arises.
