Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in Knoxville seeks a Full-Time Server to create welcoming dining experiences for residents. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and help maintain a warm, caring community atmosphere.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, support room service and tray pickup, keep the dining area clean, and respond to feedback with patience and empathy. Flexibility to work mornings and some weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Make residents’ mornings special- Set the tone for their day by greeting them and delivering exceptional breakfast and lunch experience.
• Keep the dining room looking its best by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, and refilling water carafes.
• Help keep things clean and organized by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and completing other tasks.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen and respond kindly to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager.
• Jump in and help where needed by completing support work and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
