Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• English reading, writing and speaking at least 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present, mingle, and foster resident connections.
• Assist with meal service setup, dining prep, and table readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and bussing duties to ensure a pleasant environment.
• Communicate dietary changes or appetite observations to supervisors.
