Job summary

The Ashton at Anderson, a Sonida Senior Living community in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Hospitality Service Attendant to serve residents in the dining room with professionalism and care, creating a warm, welcoming meal experience each shift.

You will assist with drink and food preparation, set up and clean dining areas, and support the kitchen and dining team to deliver high-quality service. We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, PTO from day one, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• Twelve (12) plus years of education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves residents and guests in the dining room professionally.
• Assists in food and drink preparation and dining area setup/cleanup.
• Prepares and serves snacks, replenishing refreshment centers.
• Assists chefs in food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Manages dishwashing and duties for efficient dining service.

Hospitality Service Attendant Responsibilities Include

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation for the Residents and performs assigned tasks in clean up, washing the dishes and setting up and taking down the dining areas.
• Preparing and serving snacks to include replenishing stock items in the common area refreshment centers for the residents.
• Assists chefs in the food preparation tasks and serving as assigned.
• Completes the dishwashing tasks and schedules for efficient dining service operations
