Job summary

The Ashton on Dorsey in Louisville, KY is seeking a Hospitality Service Attendant to serve residents and guests in the dining room with professionalism and efficiency.

You will help with drink and food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining tidy dining areas, while supporting chefs and kitchen staff during service times. This role offers training and growth within a supportive senior living environment.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• Twelve (12) plus years of education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation for the Residents and performs assigned tasks in clean up, washing the dishes and setting up and taking down the dining areas.
• Preparing and serving snacks to include replenishing stock items in the common area refreshment centers for the residents.
• Assists chefs in the food preparation tasks and serving as assigned.
• Completes the dishwashing tasks and schedules for efficient dining service operations
