Responsibilities

• Prepares all food according to the menu in a sanitary manner under supervision.
• Ensures proper preparation, portioning, and serving according to recipes.
• Prepares quality food products according to recipes and menus.
• Follows safety, sanitation, and cleaning schedules.
• Cooks in a timely manner for meal services and addresses dining room concerns.
• Maintains storage, labeling, and stock of ingredients.
• Assists with menu changes to utilize leftovers and reduce waste.
