Job summary

The Fountains at Hosanna in Lakeville, operated by Ebenezer, seeks a dining room associate to provide meal service and to-go options for residents. This role supports weekend scheduling and maintains a warm, inviting dining environment.

Responsibilities include serving meals, assisting with dietary needs, and ensuring sanitation. Training on the EMenu System and collaboration with the Culinary Director are expected.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience in food service.
• High School Diploma preferred; 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting.
• Follows meal serving schedule and procedures.
• Offers resident meal choices and accommodates dietary needs.
• Ensures all dishes and utensils are washed and sanitized.
• Maintains dining room setup and follows safety and sanitation practices.
• Learns and uses the EMenu System for restaurant style service.
• Addresses resident requests and resolves complaints with appropriate escalation.
