Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a friendly server to provide courteous dining room service to residents and guests at our Morgantown location. You will assist with meal service, beverage service, and tray delivery, while supporting clean and orderly dining spaces.

The role requires the ability to read simple instructions, communicate effectively, and work well with a team. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, with emphasis on resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, guests and colleagues.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be attentive to the needs of residents, including mobility or memory impairments.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and reset dining areas after meals.
• Assist residents with menu ordering and beverage service.
• Provide basic food handling understanding and sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
