Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dependable Server to provide courteous dining service to residents and guests at our Virginia Beach location. You will assist with menu selections, beverage service, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Responsibilities include tray service, supporting resident needs, and following confidentiality policies. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows simple instructions.
• Communicates effectively with residents, guests, and team members.
• Works well in a team and is organized.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests courteously and reset dining area after meals.
• Assist residents with menu choices and beverage service.
• Provide beverage service (water, tea, juice, coffee).
• Refill condiment stations and maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
• Report equipment or tableware issues to supervisor.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Handle tray service and support resident mobility needs as required.
