Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to help prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will play a key role in delivering nutritious meals and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

The position includes training, benefits, and a focus on excellent resident experiences. Candidates should be able to follow dietary guidelines and work well with staff and residents in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must meet COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal service.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
