Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will contribute to positive resident experiences by following dietary guidelines and assisting with meal service.

This role involves food preparation, sanitation, compliance with safety standards, and teamwork with staff. Previous food service is preferred but not required, and state certification such as ServSafe may be required by local law.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.
• Must meet state COVID-19 vaccination policy.
• Capacity to lift 30 pounds, push 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state law.
• Residency within the service area.

Mansioni

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
