Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare meals for residents in a 100% employee-owned facility. You will adhere to dietary specifications, assist the Dietary Supervisor, and uphold strict sanitary standards while contributing to a warm dining experience for residents and their families.

As a team player with reliability and strong communication, you will help maintain an organized kitchen, support timely service, and participate in continued learning and growth within the Atrium

Qualifikationen

Minimum of one year cooking experience for a large group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred.
Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
Excellent attendance and reliability

Aufgaben

Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and menu plans
Follow direction from the Dietary Supervisor to ensure consistency and quality
Comply with all facility dietary policies, procedures, and sanitary regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and portion control
Support timely meal service for residents
