Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents, following diet specifications and approved menus. You will work under the Dietary Supervisor to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with sanitary policies in a clean, well-organized kitchen.

We value someone with at least 1 year of cooking for large groups, preferably in long-term care, who can scale recipes, communicate clearly, and contribute to a dependable, resident-focused team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year cooking experience for a large group, LTC or institutional experience preferred.
• Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and menu plans.
