Westgate Gardens Care Center is hiring a compassionate Hospitality Aide to support the Nursing Department in a full-time, non-clinical role. You will help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, handling routine tasks and assisting with basic clerical duties at the nursing station.

Position is full-time in a skilled nursing setting. No CNA certification required; prior healthcare or customer-service experience is helpful.

Qualificações

• Minimum eighth-grade education required; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, hospitality, housekeeping, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
• No CNA certification is required for this non-clinical support position.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to working with residents.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to complete assigned duties safely.

Responsabilidades

• Answer resident call lights promptly and communicate requests to the CNA or nurse.
• Make rounds to ensure call lights and personal items are within reach.
• Open blinds, straighten blankets, assist with approved comfort measures.
• Report changes in resident condition to Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor.
• Transport residents to activities and approved locations safely.
