Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property maintenance or related field.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related areas.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness and notify managers of issues.
