Job summary

Touchmark, LLC in Helena, MT is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Building Services Technician) to join a hospitality-focused team. You will assist with repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance across the community and grounds, helping residents and staff in a friendly, safe environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, one year of maintenance experience, strong communication, physical stamina, and the ability to read and write English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Education related to building maintenance preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
• Excellent communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform maintenance tasks.
• Read/write/speak English.
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
• Touchmark Vehicle Safety Program requires completion.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors year-round.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety for self and others in the environment.
• Maintain composure when assisting residents and staff.
• Perform repairs, parts runs, and preventative maintenance.
