Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with residents and respect privacy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize gathering and public spaces to present a positive community.
• Clean residents' apartments weekly or as needed.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and label properly.
• Assist with emergency responses per procedures.
