The Huntington at Nashua is seeking a full-time Housekeeper for daytime shifts from 8am to 4pm. Join a caring team that interacts with residents and maintains a clean, safe environment across all community spaces.

Qualifications include the ability to perform routine cleaning, possess strong organizational skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lb. Prior experience is valued but not required, and benefits are provided with 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills, enthusiasm, speed, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and perform routine, repetitive tasks despite interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services all areas and surfaces of the community including rooms, apartments, offices, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Cleaning, scrubbing, wet and dry mopping, vacuuming and dusting of floors, windows, radiators, equipment, toilets, sinks, mirrors, doors, appliances, walls, tile areas, and all vertical and horizontal surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Empties trash baskets and disposes of trash daily.
• Involved in special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate consistency in producing a clean, quality 'product' or work area daily.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely as designed.
• Keep cart and supply caddy neat and clean.
• Follow SDS, Hazard Communication Standards, and Right-to-know law.
