Responsibilities

• Housekeepers provide cleaning/sanitizing services for resident areas, common areas, and staff areas.
• Use proper chemicals and tools to clean, sanitize, dust, mop, sweep, vacuum.
• Ensure chemicals are used according to manufacturer guidelines and are properly labeled and stored.
• Keep soap and sanitizer dispensers stocked and in working order.
• Take out trash and replace can liners.
• Maintain confidentiality of department, resident, employee information and HIPAA compliance.
