Aeon in Minneapolis seeks an organized Assistant Property Manager for South Quarter, a 210-home mixed-income community. You’ll support leasing, compliance, rent collections, and resident services, reporting to the Senior Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related admin work with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs (Tax Credit/Section 42) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming contact for residents; address questions and requests promptly.
• Maintain records in property management systems; support daily office tasks.
• Ensure affordable housing compliance; prepare certifications and audits.
• Assist with rent collection and financial reports; support lease terminations.
• Handle leasing communications, tours, applications, and move-in coordination.
• Inspect properties, coordinate turnover, and support maintenance needs.
