Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in social services or related field.
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent).
• Proven leadership and management experience supervising staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement social services programs that promote resident well-being, independence, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify resident needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Conduct social assessments, develop plans of care, and provide supportive services to residents.
• Coordinate with family members and caregivers to ensure effective communication and support.
• Supervise and mentor social services staff to provide exceptional resident care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
