Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.

• Lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community.
• Organize, develop and direct resources to maintain quality care for residents.
