Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
- Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
- Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
- Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.

- Lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and regulations.
- Organize, develop and direct resources to maintain quality care for each resident.
