Job summary

Health Here is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings, including post-acute recovery and memory care. The role involves assessing patients, administering medications, and contributing to individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team.

The RN will supervise CNAs, document findings in the EMR, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required.
