Job summary

Health, Inc seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide resident-centered clinical care for residents across short-term rehab, long-term care and memory care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor changes in resident condition to support comfort and quality of life.

You will develop, implement, and regularly update care plans in collaboration with the care team, ensure safety and infection control, and guide LPNs and CNAs while communicating

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and document findings
• Administer medications and coordinate required treatments
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall clinical status
• Create and update care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Ensure safety practices, infection control, and regulatory compliance
