Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to fill a 7am-3pm day shift. You will provide resident care, administer medications, and follow care plans under physician orders.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Ability to administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Accurate reporting and recording of residents' condition and care as per care plans.

Responsibilities

• Accurately report and record residents’ conditions, signs, and symptoms.
• Follow all local, state, and federal guidelines in nursing care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, in accordance with resident’s care plan and within scope of practice
• Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
