Job summary

White Oak of Rock Hill is seeking a Registered Dietitian to assess, develop, implement, and monitor the nutritional care of residents while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility guidelines. This role supports quality dietary services and participates in interdisciplinary teams.

You will provide nutrition education, assist with menu planning, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within a resident-centric care environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited nutrition degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) credential in good standing, or exam-eligible.
• Current state licensure as required.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and nutritional standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement, and monitor residents' nutritional care.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, administration, and the dietary consultant.
• Provide nutrition-related education and in-services to staff.
• Assist with menu planning, food service quality assurance, and policy development.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and participate in quality improvement activities.
