Job summary

The Palace Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Tennessee is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Valid state Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and assists in initial screenings.
• Implement treatment per the established plan of care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing per guidelines.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions with staff and facility.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians during group and individual sessions.
• Participate in utilization reviews and care conferences.
• Monitor patient condition changes and communicate progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
