Homewood Living Ministries in Martinsburg, WV, seeks a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility with a focus on resident-centered care and regulatory compliance. The NHA will coordinate with the Director of Nursing and campus leaders to ensure high-quality services.

The role includes budgeting, occupancy support, quality improvement, and reporting to executive leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, financial management, and healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold full administrative and regulatory responsibility for the facility's license.
• Hire, supervise, train, and develop the Director of Nursing and leadership staff.
• Direct clinical and administrative operations with the Director of Nursing.
• Lead regulatory surveys, inspections, and agency interactions.
• Champion quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budget development, financial performance, and resource stewardship.
• Support occupancy and admissions, including tours and referrals.
• Prepare and present reports for leadership, the Board, residents, and regulators.
• Engage with residents and families to build trust and resolve concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
