Job summary

Homewood Living Ministries seeks a Nuclear Home Administrator (NHA) to oversee a skilled nursing facility, ensuring resident-centered care and regulatory compliance across the organization. You will lead the health care center's leadership team, including the Director of Nursing, and collaborate with campus department leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of long-term care regulations, financial management, and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Holds full administrative and regulatory responsibility for the skilled nursing facility's license.
• Hires, supervises, trains, and develops the Director of Nursing and other leadership staff.
• Directs clinical and administrative operations in partnership with the Director of Nursing.
• Leads regulatory surveys and interactions with state and federal agencies.
• Champions quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversees budget development, financial performance, and fiscal management.
• Supports occupancy and admissions and coordinates with marketing.
• Prepares and presents reports for leadership, the Board, residents, families, and regulators.
