Bayshore Nursing & Rehab in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our facility and ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

The administrator will oversee nursing services, activities, budgeting, and staffing, while partnering with physicians and staff to maintain safe, compassionate care and strong family communications. Wisconsin licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
• Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the nursing home, including nursing services, activities, and Ancillary services
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Develop and manage budgets, including staffing, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure resident satisfaction and quality of life through effective communication with families and residents
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and complaint logs

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
