Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) to lead our Texas facility with a resident-centered approach and regulatory excellence. You will direct overall operations, ensure compliance with state and federal standards, and foster a compassionate, community-focused culture.

The role emphasizes staff development, budgeting, admissions, and marketing to enhance quality of care while maintaining fiscal responsibility and a safe, well-run environment for residents

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nursing Home Administrator license (LNFA).
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, payroll, and revenue management.
• Ability to market services and engage with the community.
• Passion for serving the elderly and disabled.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations in alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff through recruitment, orientation, training, and retention.
• Ensure survey readiness and audit preparedness to maintain compliance.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and other financials.
• Represent the facility in the community and lead marketing efforts.
• Enhance resident services to meet physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment.
