In this role you will oversee staffing, budgets, admissions, billing, and quality programs while fostering a compassionate culture, guiding survey readiness, and building strong relationships with families and the broader community.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Deep understanding of state and federal regulations and survey processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and revenue management.
• Passion for serving elderly and disabled.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations ensuring smooth, compliant care aligned with corporate standards.
• Lead and develop staff through recruitment, training, and retention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness through policies and procedures.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables, payables, payroll, and other financial aspects.
• Drive community relations and marketing to promote services and engagement.
• Enhance resident services and programs to meet physical, emotional, and social needs.
