Responsibilities

• Clean all community common areas including lobby and restrooms.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and upholstered furniture.
• Dust furniture, pictures, and fixtures.
• Sanitize handrails and disinfect restrooms.
• Clean glass surfaces, doors, and walls.
• Mop or vacuum common areas.
• Launder resident linens and towels per schedule.
• Store hazardous cleaning products properly and maintain safe equipment areas.
• Observe safety guidelines and use equipment correctly.
• Establish good relationships with residents and families.
• Report missing persons per Safe Return program.
