Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will support residents and staff by performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks while adhering to infection-control policies.

The role emphasizes positive interactions with residents and colleagues, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and development are available within this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
