Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks and interact positively with residents and staff to support a quality living environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, following safety and infection-control procedures, and keeping records. A high school diploma is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and infection-control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
