AVIR Health Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome residents, families, visitors and vendors. You will greet guests, provide directions, and support daily operations in a resident-centered environment.

Walk-ins are welcome. The team offers competitive pay, Daily Pay, a 401k match, company-paid holidays and PTO, and health insurance for the entire family. Previous office or nursing home experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with typing and computer use, familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• Experience in a nursing home environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and vendors in a professional manner.
• Provide directions and information to guests and staff.
• Support daily reception and clerical tasks to assist operations.
• Assist with basic office duties as needed.
