Job summary

S.E.M. Haven, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in our Ohio home. You will support residents with daily living activities, assist with meals, mobility, and personal care while following facility policies and state regulations.

As part of a household team, you will participate in meetings and care planning, maintain a clean and safe environment, and treat residents with respect and kindness to help them live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Ohio, on the registry or eligible for testing.
• Training in food sanitation, housekeeping, restorative nursing and resident activities.
• Free from illegal drugs; able to read, write and speak English.
