Job summary

SEM Haven is seeking a compassionate Care Partner (CNA) in Ohio to support residents in daily life within their household. You will assist with meals, mobility, and activities, while promoting independence and dignity in a resident-centered environment.

As a member of the SEM Haven team, you will follow facility policies, participate in household meetings, and collaborate with staff, residents, and families to maintain a safe, welcoming home.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Ohio on the registry or eligible for testing.
• Training in food sanitation, housekeeping, restorative nursing and resident activities.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and serving.
• Pick up clutter, remove trash, clean spills.
• Transport residents.
• Attend household meetings and learning circles.
• Fulfill simple requests for residents.
