Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Riverside, OH is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead daily operations and build a strong caregiving team, delivering resident-centered care and ensuring high-quality services.

You will manage staffing, scheduling and timekeeping, oversee regulatory compliance, partner with clinical teams on assessments and care planning, and support families with updates and service coordination.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of caregiving team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews.
• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood.
• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution.
• Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs.
• Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations.
• Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency.
