The Village of St. Edward is seeking a Resident Caregiver for Weekend Warrior duties in Fairlawn, Ohio. The role focuses on assisting residents with personal care and daily activities, working under the supervision of nursing staff.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience in assisted living/memory care, reliable transportation, and current First Aid certification or within the first 60 days of employment. STNA certification in Ohio is required if hired.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF POSITION

In accordance with the mission and values of The Village of St. Edward, the Resident Assistant/STNA (Caregiver) provides for the personal care needs of residents and provides assistance and activities as delegated by the nurse.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience within assisted living or memory care facilities preferred.

Must have reliable transportation.

Current First Aid or at least within first 60 days of employment.

If hired as STNA, must have updated certification in Ohio
