Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Northbrook is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver for 4-hour shifts.
The Resident Caregiver assists residents with daily activities as outlined in their service plans, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure satisfaction.
