ProMedica is seeking a full-time Resident Caregiver at Arden Courts Memory Care in Jefferson Hills. This role involves assisting residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits, making it an attractive opportunity for compassionate individuals looking to make a difference in the lives of elderly residents.
The Resident Caregiver assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs; ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment, and operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
