Country Village is seeking compassionate Resident Care Providers to support residents with daily living and to deliver dignified care across all shifts. We offer both full-time and part-time positions to suit various schedules.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meal setup, light housekeeping, and engaging residents in activities to promote well-being. Excellent teamwork and empathy are essential as part of our warm care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in senior living or caregiving preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform daily caregiving tasks with compassion and attentiveness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A heart for working with seniors and a commitment to providing dignified care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Make beds, tidy resident rooms, and assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Engage residents in activities and social programs to promote well-being.
• Deliver meal trays, assist with feeding when necessary, and help set up the dining room.
• Respond promptly to call lights and provide compassionate assistance.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to the appropriate team members.
