Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a motivated, trained staff and maintain effective employee relations.
• Ensure quality and operational effectiveness in resident care, admissions, and state compliance.
• Oversee daily routines for LPNs, CMAs, and PCAs and ensure staffing coverage.
• Ensure medication rooms, med carts, and care stations are clean, stocked, and compliant with pharmacy and physician coordination.
• Oversee staff hiring, orientation, training, and ongoing development.
• Maintain adherence to Department of Community Health rules for Assisted Living while achieving occupancy goals.
